As the snow piles up in the North East people are becoming more and more concerned with the situation. But one part of that population is all too happy about superfluous precipitation of fluffy white stuff; dogs. They, like Elsa and Ana, are learning to love the snow and will now ask you, in the only way they know how, to come and play.
