Stories are fun! Just don't go overboard...

I have compiled some snap story rules for the blatantly ignorant. Your story probably gets skipped by everyone if you do any of these. If you need to be told WHAT NOT TO POST, you deserve the roasting that is to come. And yes, unfortunately, I have myself witnessed everything on this list. Why are people so dumb???

1. No more than 2-3 snaps of the same thing at once.

2. If your video is noisy and volume is irrelevant, MUTE IT.

3. If your video requires volume, don’t post it if theres too much background noise.

Nobody watches loud videos. The second I hear sound, SKIP.

4. If you’re at a concert, opt for 1-2 nice photos and MAYBE ONE tasteful video. The people around you don't want to look at your phone the whole time.

5. DONT POST A BLANK SCREEN WITH “11:11”, “life is hard :(”, or something ratchet like that.

Ratchet is what you are. Attention is what you seek. Just call your mom.

6. Save your long series of camera roll pics for Instagram or Facebook unless it’s something relevant.

7. Whenever I'm about to do something, I think, "Would an idiot do that?" And if they would, I do not do that thing." -Dwight Schrute

8. If you never talk to someone otherwise, just break the streak.

Seriously, sending "Streak" to 50+ people twice a day? Are you in middle school? YOU ARE annoying and waste everyone's time. Just don't be the person people make fun of! It's not that hard!!??

9. Don't post over 10 snaps on your story a day.

Seriously. IF YOU'RE ON A SUPER COOL TRIP, MAYBE. It's still annoying.

10. Calm down with the PDA. Spare us all.

11. Do not rant for 5 consecutive videos.

No-one cares about your fight with Rachel. Even just talking on your snap story for a really long time is toooo much. Again, don't be the person that people make fun of. Cuz you are.

12. Dont use your story to make people/exes jealous.

13. If someone wasn't invited, block them from your story.

Don't be petty. Don't cause drama.

14. DO NOT ask "Streaks?" on your story.

15. Don't post personal emotional stuff.

Especially about a breakup...

16. NO PICTURES OR VIDEOS OF YOU CRYING.

I have seen it before... Yikes. Please, call a friend. A relative. Send the videos of your sad weeping to someone, but for the love of all that is good DO NOT POST THESE VIDEOS.

17. Do you really need to post 5 selfies a day, every single day?

We all see the new filters, Jessica. There are new ones every day. You're not Kylie, move along.

18. Use you common sense.

Think about who sees your story before you post. Use common sense on all social media platforms. Save ranting for friends. HAVE A GOOD DAY!

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
