When you're single and everyone around you is not.

Being an 18-year-old college freshman that has never had a boyfriend is rare. You don't hear of that often, and it is hard to watch your friends leave once they find their "true love." I myself have found love in Disney, and the relationship advice it gives me is the best ever! In the words of Elsa "Let it go!"

1. This is me on a daily basis

I don't know about you, but I am dating Ross Lynch, and we are in love. He is so romantic! While all of my friends are out in a real relationship I will be here with my imaginary relationship that is working out perfectly!

2. When your friends in a relationship ask you if you're dating anyone.

Yes, I am single, but I don't have to worry about hurting anyone's feelings. I am free to do what I want when I want to do it. It tends to be when people get in relationships they tend to do what the significant other wants them to do, not what they want to do.

3. When everyone around you is in a relationship

The picture says it all. Donkey is so smart sometimes. When it comes to everyone being in a relationship, sometimes you feel like you want to be in one, too. But then you realize how much work it is and you're like, "Nah, I'm good."

4. When people who have been dating for a week and say that they love each other

Elsa says it all in Frozen. If you have not seen the movie, it is the best. It is the first Disney movie where they tell girls everywhere that you don't have to act like you are in love after just meeting someone. I find it sickening when people tell each other that they love each other after dating for a week. I mean, come on people! You just started dating, you barely know each other!

5. When people in relationships tell other people that you should date so-and-so

You know they think this, but you SO do not like this person what-so-ever! Your friends are just looking out for you trying to get you out in the dating world, but you are perfectly happy with who you are as a single person!

6. Sometimes when you are third wheeling you feel like Eeyore.

Yes, you are happy for your friends that are in the relationship and your happy they asked you to tag along with them on their date, BUT it does get awkward! While they are making kissy face you are just sitting there staring at the cute guy across the room hoping he doesn't notice you staring.

7. Sometimes third wheeling isn't all that bad

When it comes to The Little Mermaid what is the first thing that comes to mind? For you it might be the girl getting her prince, but for me it is poor little Flounder ending up as the third wheel throughout pretty much the whole movie, but he doesn't seem to mind. Sometimes it can be fun, you can meet new people and maybe do things you never thought of doing before.

8. Strict parent the reason your single?

Rapunzel knows just how you feel! She grew up locked away in a tower for crying out loud! When a guy comes busting into her room what does she do? She knocks him out! If your having a bad day and upset about not having a boyfriend or girlfriend just think hey at least you didn't knock anyone out with a frying pan today!

9. Worried your stuck in the "Friend zone"

Did your best friend from elementary school end up being really cute? Eh, go ahead take a chance! That's what Simba did and look where it got him! Simba got the girl and the pride! Don't worry if they don't like you back cause then that means there is someone even better for you out there!

10. Live life to the fullest like Timone and Puma!

Here's the things about Timone and Puma. They may seem like goofballs and stupid people, but the truth is they are the smartest part of The Lion King. They teach kids that you don't need anyone but your friend to be happy. Most movies tell kids that they need to be with someone to be happy and they do not! They live their life by Hakuna Matata. If you have not seen the movie it means "No Worries".

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
