10 Shows And Movies You Must Watch Before They Leave Netflix At The End Of This Month

All I have to say is, "Why, Netflix? Why you gotta be like that? As if 2020 wasn't bad enough already?"

I sure hope you're ready to dedicate more time to Netflix this month than you were finals, because some of you are going to have lots of homework. But it's OK, it's not like we should be going anywhere anyway. Here are ten shows and movies that you must see before they're gone from Netflix.

1. "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse"

Despite this being literally one of the worst movie titles I have ever heard, this movie kind of slaps. If you haven't seen it, get moving!

Leaving December 25th.

2. "The Office"

I am personally working my way through this one as we speak, it's like grinding out homework except it's TV (much better). I was hesitant at first, but I quickly became addicted and would highly recommend it.

Leaving December 31st.

3. "The West Wing"

If only Josiah Bartlet was actually President! Unfortunately, he is not. But you can still indulge in a fictitious and better America until Christmas Eve!

Leaving December 24th.

4. "Dexter"

I can't say I have personally checked this one out because I enjoy sleeping at night, but I hear some pretty great things about it if you want to check it out by the end of the month!

Leaving December 30th.

5. "Charlie St. Cloud"

I will positively be watching this before it leaves Netflix, I haven't heard a single bad thing.

Leaving December 31st.

6. "Definitely, Maybe"

I am going to have to watch this again before it leaves because it has been a few years, but it is cute and funny and sweet!

Leaving December 31st.

7. "Grand Hotel"

I might have to try and squeeze this into my December Netflix Schedule as well seeing as I have several friends who've been obsessed with it for years.

Leaving December 31st.

8. "Gossip Girl"

I could never get into this one myself, but everyone else sure seems to like it. Only a few more weeks for you to figure out who Gossip Girl is!

Leaving December 31st.

9. "Pride & Prejudice"

A classic...that I have neglected for a very long time. But I am planning to watch it at last, despite never reading the book, since I have also never heard a bad thing about it.

Leaving December 31st.

10. "Casper"

OK, if you aren't familiar with the friendly ghost you must stop everything you're doing right now and check him out.

Leaving December 31st.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

winter

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
