Have You Heard Of The Secret Celebrity Dating App?

What if there was a dating app just for celebs? What if you could meet your very own Ryan Gosling or Zac Efron on this app? I would sacrifice my first born child. Just kidding. But there is such an app that exists, an app for the elite.

The app is called Raya and was released in March 2015. All members have to apply for membership and they ask you to affiliate your Instagram account with your application as well as pay a membership fee of $8/month. There wasn't much on the Raya website about anything really and when I say there wasn't much I mean Raya made it as low key as possible.

Many have said Raya users get accepted based off of how many Instagram followers they have and some say it's more for people in the creative industry or anyone super good looking (cry). But the selection process is ultimately a mystery. Some famous people who have been spotted on Raya include Kelly Osbourne, Skrillex, Joe Jonas, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Flume, Avicii, Cody Simpson, Raven-Symone, Cara Delevingne, Bob Saget, Zedd, and Matthew Perry. Among these famous names people have also claimed to spot YouTubers, pro athletes, and other internet famous people. However, not all Raya users are famous. In fact, there have been several ordinary people who have been accepted into the exclusive society of this dating app, making the selection process even more confusing.

Raya imposes a strict security protocol in order to protect its elite members' privacy such as giving a warning if a user screenshots the app and threatens expulsion if the internet catches wind of the picture. It's kind of like fight club, you don't talk about it. Other than its exclusivity, Raya functions pretty much the same way Tinder does in which you both have to like each other before a message can be sent. In fact, the app has been nicknamed the "Illuminati Tinder". Raya entices because it narrows down the mass amounts of duds you get on Tinder and makes it selective to "like-minded" people in a certain class or hotness level.

However, it doesn't seem like too many people have found love on Raya quite yet. Most testimonials claim that the app is used more for networking than anything else. But who knows? Maybe you'll be accepted into this exclusive network and fall into the arms of your very own male model or at least a classy guy with an interesting job. Either way, you're bound to find a more tailored selection than any other dating app. Happy hunting!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
