5 Things Only Those With Seasonal Allergies Understand

What do you think of when you hear the word "summer"? Family outings? Vacations? Flowers in bloom? The grass ever-green? The sun shining amongst us? Well, for us with seasonal allergies we think of summer a tad differently than normal folk.

1. Your purse is extra heavy with pills, eye drops, nose spray and tissues.

2. You brace yourself for every sneeze, wondering if ten more will follow.

3. Your face feels swollen 24/7.

4. You laugh at people who want to "enjoy the fresh air."

5. You swat and curse at the pollen darting your way.

So grab that tissue pack, take your allergy pill, spray the nose spray, drop those eye drops, and wear that hazard suit, because summer is in full force. Brace yourself.
