The Rumors Were True And We Are LIVING For Kylie's Pregnancy

She (and Stormi) single handedly interrupted and took over Super Bowl Sunday, and it's what we all needed.

If you're a basic chick like me, you're LIVING for the fact that Kylie Jenner not only announced that she was pregnant, but she gave birth to a baby girl!!

For months and months, we were in the dark about the possible third Kardashian-Jenner sister being pregnant. Kim announced her and Kanye had a surrogate that was carrying their third child, and Khloe eventually came clean about expecting her first child. We were just waiting on Kylie or another member of the Kardashian clan to confirm the speculation of her pregnancy.

However, not a single one of them, or Kylie's friends cracked. That is serious #FamilyGoals.

However, the media still had a field day with all the rumors and speculation...

So, let's take a quick look at the timeline leading up to the greatest media frenzy in 2018 so far.

First off, the rumors all started when Kim posted this Instagram pic captioning it "The 3 of us.." leading fans to think the real meaning behind it was that the three of them were all expecting.

Then there was a HUGE rumor going around that Kylie was actually the real surrogate for Kim & Kanye.

...Or that she was even the surrogate for Khloe.

Some people speculated that the whole thing was really just a publicity stunt, and she wasn't pregnant at all.

Just when we thought the rumors and conspiracy theories were dying down, little hints were dropped here and there that drove us all crazy.

During Christmas time, Kylie opted in for a pink theme on her tree instead of more traditional colors. Leading fans to believe she was hinting at having a baby girl.

And then Kris let a little something slip when she posted this picture of nine kid's PJs, leaving us all wondering who the ninth one was for...

Then February 4th rolls around.

What was normally supposed to be another beer and testosterone filled Super Bowl Sunday was completely interrupted. Kylie Jenner graced the world with her big (8 lbs. 9 oz.) news, and saved every girl the pain of pretending to care about football.

She really was pregnant AND she had just given birth to her first child! And she announced it in only the way the selfie queen could, through Instagram.

Shortly after, a video was posted to Youtube that documented her journey through pregnancy, and it damn near put every 20-something girl in tears. If you haven't seen it yet, you need to NOW. It truly is the most heart-warming and intimate story of young love and becoming a young mother.

I'm not going to lie, I've probably watched it well over 20 times by now, and I'm still not tired of it. It makes you feel as though you were there, right along side her, during her whole journey. She was so precious in talking about her food cravings, and how she was eating regular fries for herself, and eating sweet potato fries because that's what the baby liked.

She could not have looked any happier than she did looking at ultrasound pictures or listening to the heartbeat of her and Travis's baby. Definitely have never seen her look that happy in an Instagram pic.

It's hard to have a kid so young (although I wouldn't necessarily know, I've just heard), but she handled it like a true woman and did what was best for her and her baby. Those many moths of not knowing were stressful, but oh so worth it now.

Kylie stated multiple times on the show that she dreamed of being a mom, and couldn't wait to start a family of her own. Yes, she may be young, and other people her age (like me) can't fathom being pregnant right now, doesn't mean it wasn't right for her. From the way she handled her whole pregnancy, it seems like she's going to turn out to be a great mom.

Congrats Kylie, I wish Stormi and you all the happiness in the world!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
