A Review Of Vegan Desserts for the Holiday
3 easy, cheap and healthy vegan desserts

The Holidays are not complete without the perfect dessert. And yes, we Vegans would like an option if possible. Just as everyone else. Thank you for being considerate. With Christmas vastly approaching, I decided to compile a list of deserts that appeal to me. My goal is to prepare these and provide a review in the next article. I entered a goggle search and located all the items listed on The Food Network's website in a published article titled. "25 Vegan Desserts Even Non-Vegans Will Love" Posted by Jessica Witt on June 7, 2016. A link to the recipes are included. Simply click the name of the dessert.

Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes

Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Dairy-Free Banana Ice Cream

Blueberry Mini Muffins Recipe

Raspberry Peach Fruit Leather

No-Bake Vegan Strawberry Shortcake Pies

Raw Vanilla Cheesecake with Chocolate Almond Crust

In an effort to obtain the opinion of non-vegans, and determine if in fact, the article's claim is true: "non-vegans will also enjoy these goodies," I will provide samples to three friends and ask for their honest opinions. I will also disclose how difficult each was to make. And finally, I will include pictures of my results.

I feel that it is important to share knowledge, (since it is power), and help, encourage and be an example for others on their quest of better eating. If we make the information readily available and provide options that are not only healthy but also good; each one, can teach one, and we can all be a nation who achieves better nutritional results.

Until the next release…

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
