The 10 Showmance Couples That Make You Say #RelationshipGoals

In this day in age, healthy relationships in television and movies are hard to come by. Everyone is either cheating, or fighting, or abusing their significant other. However, we can't help but swoon when we see cute couples finally getting together after seasons of fighting it, or working out a problem in a healthy and mature way. These 10 TV relationships can't help but make us say, "#relationshipgoals"!

1. Ben and Leslie: Parks and Recreation

Ben and Leslie have the same end product and I think that's what makes them so great. They both work in government and understand each others ambitions, and support each other through it all. They also geek out about the same weird things and adore each others quirks. Also, who can deny that Ben's proposal was one of the best TV proposals in history.

2. Derek and Meredith: Grey's Anatomy

Derek and Meredith get off to a rocky start, but once they decide that they want to be together, they are committed. They understand each others goals, and help push one another to succeed. Also, they keep the spark alive even though they have children to care for. They balance responsibilities and put their love before anything else, and that's what keeps the relationship flourishing.

3. Cory and Topanga: Boy Meets World

From middle school to graduation, to marriage. Cory and Topanga face many real life problems, but resolve them with understanding and consideration. They never give up on each other because they believed their love will make through all the conflicts they face. Isn't that what we all strive for?

4. Jim and Pam: The Office

Jim and Pam are best friends and become lovers. They know every detail about their significant other and support each other through tough times. Not to mention that love each other unconditionally.

5. Monica and Chandler: Friends

Another story of best friends becoming lovers, these two fear commitment, but know they do not want to be with anyone else for the rest of their lives. They accept each other for the crazy people they are, and wouldn't want to be with anyone else despite it. I just wish their showmance made it off the screen, but I guess it's called acting for a reason.

6. Claire and Phil Dunphy: Modern Family

They understand each other and communicate well. Even though their relationship is crazy they still try to resolve issues and handle situations in a healthy and loving way. Even though they have 3 kids they still have a common understanding and are shoulder to cry on when the other one needs it.

7. Lily and Marshall: How I Met Your Mother

Lily and Marshall is the couple everyone wants to be. They can finish each other's sentences and are each other's other half. They are best friends first and husband and wife second. Everyone in the show envies their continuous love and their endless understanding for one another.

8. Adam and Kristina: Parenthood

Even though this beloved show is no longer airing, their love will last forever. Through all the struggles, and strife, and fights, Adam and Christina have persevered through all of it. They put each other's happiness first, and their love is all that matters.

9. Cam and Mitch: Modern Family

Mitch and Cam are another beloved couple in Modern Family. They are the epitome of a healthy couple and handle every situation they are faced with, with patience and humor. Don't we all wish we could be Mitch and Cam?

10. Sheldon and Amy: Big Bang Theory

Sheldon and Amy might be strange, and lack physical contact, but they are a very endearing couple because they are compatible and accept each other's idiosyncrasies. They don't want to change each other and they discuss problems so there is a solid resolution. Cheers to that.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
