I am currently studying mechanical engineering, a field dominated by men. When I'm one of a handful of girls in my classes, it's easy to feel beaten down. When things get tough, I try to remember to bring out my inner Elle Woods.
1. She always believes that she can reach her goals

2. She understands what she deserves and is unwilling to settle for less

3. She isn't ashamed of her femininity

4. She utilizes her real world knowledge to make her better at her job

5. She recognizes when she isn't the problem-- other people's stereotypes of her are.

6. She doesn't dumb herself down for other people

7. She can overcome any obstacle

8. She refuses to let other people's opinions do anything other that be the fuel to reach her goals

9. She's always there to help her sisters, regardless of how well she knows them

10. She said it herself; she's not afraid of a challenge!
