Everyone seems to be talking about how great cats are--but what about dogs? It's okay for people to be crazy cat ladies, but what about crazy dog ladies? Being a dog lover is a underrated and quite frankly, they end up being some of the best people for many reasons. Dog lovers make great significant others. Here are 12 reasons you will never regret dating the crazy dog lady.

1. Dog people love unconditionally.

Dog lovers will love you no matter what ridiculous thing you do. I mean, dogs lick themselves clean, and they still love their owners, so...

2. They have to be responsible.

They are responsible for feeding and caring for their pup. If they aren't responsible, their dog will starve or pee all over the floor. You are guaranteed to be well taken care of.

3. Their humor is dog-gone funny.

Crazy dog ladies think it's hilarious to put human clothing and accessories on their dogs, take pictures and plaster them all over social media. Who doesn't love a picture of a dog in tights? You'll definitely get a good laugh.

4. They have more experience in cuddling than anything.

After a long day, the first thing a dog lover does is sit down and cuddle up with their pup. To them, there is nothing better than having their furry friend in their lap. All of the time they spend cuddling with their dog is sure to pay off for you.

5. Their parenting skills are already perfected.

Dogs are like their little babies. They have to feed them at a certain time, potty train them and teach them important life skills — like shake and sit. Some of the craziest of dog lovers even push their dogs around in strollers... You're guaranteed that she will be a good mom.

6. Forgiveness is almost always guaranteed.

When you own a dog, accidents are guaranteed to happen at some point. They won't stay mad at their pooch for long — good news for you! Forgiveness is almost guaranteed if you do something to make her mad, but I wouldn't recommend peeing on the floor.

7. Loyalty is something they know all too well.

Dogs are known as man's best friend and as being loyal. When dogs show loyalty, their owner is likely to show loyalty back. Your dog lover will be loyal to you and only you. Well, except for her dog.

8. Being selfish isn't an option.

Having a pet means a lot of responsibilities. With those responsibilities, you can't put your needs first all the time, so you know that your dog lover won't be selfish.

9. Their happiness is contagious.

Dogs make your girl happy. When your girl is happy, she won't get mad about little things, which will make you happy.

10. They're used to sharing the bed.

There is nowhere else the dogs are allowed to sleep other than in her bed, so she's used to sharing it. She'll make room for you, but don't expect her to take the dog out of her bed.

11. Their hearts are the kindest.

If your girl is a crazy dog lady, she probably treats her dog with love and kindness, nothing less. She may yell at them for doing something wrong, but she immediately regrets it and starts apologizing to her pup as if her dog actually understands her.

12. You'll gain a furry friend.

When you date a dog lover, you gain an extra special friend and endless slobbery kisses. It really is a win-win situation.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
