The benefits of reading have long been lauded with age-old adages being that reading broadens the mind, that it lets you explore new worlds, live a thousand lives ,and expands your imagination. These are all true, of course.
Reading lets you “travel” when you are contained in a single town ,and it helps the reader probe the inner meaning of complex and eternal human questions (i.e. how do we live meaningful and fulfilling lives?
