In the wake of the Friday night terrorist attacks on Paris, Pianist Davide Martello played a moving rendition of John Lennon's 'Imagine'. Martello had shown up on his bike, dragging a portable piano behind him in an effort to spread the word about world peace during this heartbreaking time. The mini-concert took place right around the corner from the Bataclan concert hall, which was one of the six coordinated terrorist attack locations.
80 people were shot and killed in the Bataclan concert hall by armed terrorists, who also took hostages before security arrived at the scene.
The attacks have spread the message of world peace all over the globe. Many have taken to social media to reflect on the tragedy that left 128 innocent people killed on Friday night.
Public figure Rev. Jesse Jackson took to Twitter to reflect on his thoughts about the tragedy:

French artist, Jean Julien, created the peace sign as a reaction to the attacks. The symbol featuring the city's famous monument has become a symbol of unity during this time of loss for Paris. Julien posted the symbol to Instagram after the attacks on Friday night. Since then, the symbol has been reposted by thousands of people from all over the world.
Sky News posted a Vine video showing the lights of the city's national monument going dark in honor of the victims.
