This past week, Netflix released its new original series, "Emily in Paris." "Emily in Paris's" first season has 10 episodes and is led by Lily Collins.

The show also features Ashley Park and Lucas Bravo. This show follows Emily as she unexpectedly moves to Paris to take a job at a Parisian marketing firm. It details the difficulties of moving to a new country (especially when you don't speak the language), relationship problems, and journey as in Instagram influencer.

This binge-worthy show has something or everyone in it. After watching all the episodes in one day, I thought I'd rank some of my favorite and least favorite characters for you while I wait for Netflix to release season 2.

1. Mindy

Mindy is Emily's newfound friend. Throughout season 1, you get to learn a lot about Mindy and see her friendship with Emily grow. Her sense of humor is amazing. Mindy is absolutely the best friend I want in my life.

2. Luc

Luc is one of Emily's coworkers we are introduced to. From the very beginning, Luc was always the kindest to Emily. Although the two have their differences, he has always her back. Similarly to Mindy, Luc's raunchy sense of humor makes his character.

3. Camille

Camille is another friend made by Emily in Paris. Camille ranked third because of how much the internet loved her. She wasn't in every episode but fans fell in love with her after they got to know her. Honestly though how could they not, with her witty comments and lovable personality. One of the best characters who deserved better.

4. Emily

Given she is the main character, Emily's ranking might seem a bit low. Emily was ranked here because even though she is relatable, she will also leave you yelling at your screen wondering why she would do that. Trust me, it happens a few times.

5. Gabriel

Gabriel is Emily's neighbor turned friend. I really struggled on where to rank him because I will be honest I love him. I know he doesn't always make great choices but he was always there for Emily. Plus, he is just my favorite potential love interest. Anyway, I put him lower just because of his questionable choices.

6. Julien

Now we have Julien. Julien is another coworker of Emily's. Unlike Luc, Julien takes a little bit longer to warm up to Emily. While I don't like him as much as Luc, the two make a great duo. They are always cracking jokes and kicking up drama.

7. Sylvie

Sylvie is Emily's new boss once she arrives in Paris. Sylvie made it her mission from the very beginning to make Emily miserable. Although she has her moments, this character is hard to love.

8. Doug

Doug is Emily's boyfriend from Chicago. If you have watched the show, you know he earned his place in the bottom.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

singing
Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
