No one cares about this EP as much as I do, but I am certainly going to try and make you.

This new band, Rad Horror, recently released their first EP, "Anti Teenage Sensation pt 1" and I will forever be grateful to Spotify for recommending it to me.

The EP has 5 songs on it, each one of them while pretty sad fills me with such happy nostalgia. The songs have both a punk feel and the feeling like they would be on the soundtrack of a teen romcom movie.

"Stay Out" is the real dark song, the one with the emo undertones. It's not my favorite on the EP, but it does bring me back to being on the bus in middle school just angry about my general existence.

Yeah, that's right, your girl went hard during her emo phase.

"Dark Times" is more the punk side. It's the song you're gonna bang your head along to while you're riding the train in the morning. It's probably the only pure happy song on the EP, it's about moving past the dark times. You might lose your cool for a bit there and crack a smile during it, but it's okay.

Now the last three on the EP have a completely different feel to them. These are the romantic teen movies songs, and I am obsessed with them.

"Only When You're Lonely" is the slow dance song that probably played at the junior prom part of the movie. It's the part where the couple you've been crying over for the past hour finally kisses.

"Benzos and Cigarettes" was the very first song I heard by this band, after I first heard it I couldn't stop listening to it. The title is accurate because I sure got addicted to this band after this song. It's a feel-good song. I highly recommend it as a great shower song, but don't go too hard, you might hurt yourself.

And now the hands-down best song. Ever.

"Teenage Love."

I kid you not I have been listening to this song for four whole days and it has been the happiest four days I have had since finals.

It sounds like an old Radiohead song, that you listened to when you're driving on the highway at night after a really awesome date. You're singing on the top of your lungs, the wind in your air, everything feels amazing. This song brings me back to driving late at night with my best friends in the car.

Which is odd, because this song is more on the depressing but it fills me with a happy feeling of longing.

Irony is a beautiful thing.

Now I know none of this was that convincing but I promise you, if you listen to this EP you won't regret it.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
