Rachel Green is the original IT girl. She's young, pretty, and ends up being quite successful despite her rough beginnings. But just like everyone else, Rachel has her off days. Here are 10 Rachel quotes that will ring true on your worst days.

1. "Oh, that's okay, girls tend not to like me."

This quote I totally get; two of my closest friends at home are guys, and I know that I often rub some girls the wrong way. Just keep doing you, and don't let catty people get in your way.

2. "You're a shoe!"

Be what YOU want to be! Rachel left her husband at the alter and went on to have a successful career in the fashion industry. Plus, she ended up with a better guy than Barry and had a kid. Do your own thing; don't let others get you down, and things will work out in the end.

3. "I could so easily freak out right now."

Did your roommate borrow your favorite top and get a stain on it? We've all been there. Stay calm, be cool, and rock those plaid pajamas.

4."Everyone is getting married or pregnant or promoted."

Sometimes you look around you and realize they're are people the same age as you who are way more accomplished than you. Like how Lorde is an award winning artist and Taylor Swift bestie, or that kid from your high school who's out in California working for Google. Not everyone's life is going to go in the same direction as yours, and that's okay. You'll get your own experiences and life dreams to live out. Even miracles take a little time.

5."Isn't that just kick-you-in-the-crotch, spit-on-your neck fantastic?"

Oh Rachel, what a way you have with words. Maybe you found out the boss's kid got a promotion over you, or that they're all out of chicken nuggets in the cafeteria (yes, chicken nugget Fridays are VERY important). Because we all have days that are kick-you-in-the-crotch, spit-on-your-neck fantastic.

6. "It's so typical. 'I'm a man! I have a penis! I have to win money to exert my power over women!"

"Boys will be boys" is never an excuse. Stop crying over that dumb boy, get out there, and live your life for you.

7. "Well, maybe I don't need your money. Wait. I said maybe."

This is just to remind you that everyone has rough days and that there is humor in it all.

8. "Oh, I'm sorry, did my back hurt your knife?"

It's the worst when someone gets mad at you for being angry at them for something they did or caused. Remember, you're allowed to be hurt or have feelings, and they deserve to know they hurt you. Choose your friends wisely.

9. "But today, it's like there's rock bottom, then 50 foot of crap, then me."

Just like Rachel, you'll come back from this wretched day. Tomorrow is a brand new day.

10."I just shouldn't be allowed to make decisions anymore."

Sometimes, you go left when you should have gone right--and it was a HORRIBLE decision. Just remember that lives go on and things will be okay. You control your life, and sometimes, you have to live with the consequences of your actions. Conquer it and do it in a flawless outfit, just like Rachel.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
