The Fab Five are finally back on our streaming screens! And now that I am done with my internship for the summer, I actually have time to catch up on all the shows I have missed (a hard life I know). So far I've binged the first half of season 2 of Queer Eye: More than a Makeover which means it's time to rank them!
4. 'The Handy Man Can
So far this season, every episode has made me tear up at the impact the Fab Five has had on the lives of the subject of the week, but this one did not. Although they did leave what I hope to be a lasting impact on 'Handy Man' Jason, compared to the season so far, this episode fell a bit short.
3. 'Unleash the Sexy Beast'
This episode reminded me of the original series in all the right ways. Leo, a bartender and father of two just needed the Fab Five's guidance to get him in the right direction at revamping his life. And that he did. Seeing Leo finally confident in himself, especially with those around him was so heartwarming and fun to watch.
2. 'God Bless Gay'
The season 2 premiere was different than any other Queer Eye before it, the boys remodeled a woman. Similar to the remodeled cop from season 1, this episode brought up lots of interesting and important topics throughout it, mainly about the church's negative history with the LGBTQ community.
1. 'A Decent Proposal'
This episode was almost an exact remake of the Queer Eye premiere episode, and boy did I love it. In fact, this episode was almost better, but that might be my biased film student opinion. Seeing William finally step up and take the next step in his life with the help of the Fab Five was one of my favorite Queer Eye moments to date.
