Granted I haven’t met you yet, but I know I’ll just love you to pieces. You will have so much fun learning and falling in love with our sorority just as I did when I was a wee little new member. We will have our laughs, our cries, and most of all our memories, as I share with you the beauty that is our sisterhood. While I can’t promise you I won’t be crazy mama squirrel, I can promise you this...

I promise to love you no matter what

No matter what the situation is or the messes we all get into, I can promise you I’ll never judge. You can tell me anything and know that I will listen and just be there for you. I will keep you safe when drunken nights occur, be your shoulder to cry on whenever a bad decision breaks your heart, and I will always have desserts when you get a failing grade! College and life is a learning process and I am here to help you through it.

I promise to always lend a helping hand

While I can’t help you with anything STEM related, if anything in the humanities has got you stumped I am your girl. And even though I can’t be there to help you through the hard classes, I promise to help you ace those tests. I will help with flashcards, stay in the library until the morning hours with you and help you with your papers. Whenever you need me…. Call me, beep me if you wanna reach me. But seriously though, I want to be there for you 500% and no matter what I will always try for you.

I promise that Grandbig will be there

My big is like the ultimate big. She’s my best friend and big all in one. I don’t know what I’d do without her. Not only am I here for you but so is she. Grandbig is super fun and no doubt you’ll love her too. She is the person I can go to for any and everything and I hope you will feel the same way too.

I promise that retail therapy is always a plus in my book

I WILL ALWAYS GO SHOPPING WITH YOU. Big and Grandbig love shopping and whenever you need fashion advice, we are here. You can always suggest shopping and I will never say no.

I promise that you will have over 90 sisters who will always be there for you

You just made a big decision joining our sisterhood. YAY. I want to tell you that this was the best decision ever. You will have amazing times here and not just for the 4 years you're here, but for life. You will always be wearing your letters so treat them with love and respect. I promise that you will fall head over heels in love with each and every aspect of our sisterhood. You have someone who will ALWAYS be there for you even if it's 3 am.


Most of all I promise to love you and be there for you. I can’t wait to meet you and bring you into the crazy, silly, sassy family that is mine. I’m not a regular big, I’m a cool big and I’m your big.
