Now that we have hit the half-way slump of the semester, here is a list of things to accomplish if you ever find your days just dragging on.
- Call a friend from high school.
- Organize/clean your room.
- Wash your sheets (finally) and your laundry.
- Work ahead on assignments, so you can do whatever you want all weekend.
- Binge-watch Netflix (which I am sure you're already doing).
- Go to World Market.
- Buy something nice for a friend. (Buy something small at World Market: it can be so cheap.)
- Paint something.
- Go to a restaurant you've never been to, preferably a local one.
- Have a progressive dinner: drinks one place, appetizers the next, entree the next and then dessert the last place.
- Explore your college town.
- Go on a run.
- Visit your friend/family member in a nearby town.
- ACTUALLY catch up on sleep.
- Bake something. Pinterest tells all.
- Read a book.
- Work on your resume and find a job.
- To add to that, work on your portfolio if you need to.
- Make jewelry, craft, et cetera.
- Take pictures. Get pictures printed. Decorate your room.
- Go get snow cones or ice cream with your friends.
- Have a movie marathon, Harry Potter, anyone?
- Send your parents a letter. They'll probably cry (in a good way).
- Go out for pizza with friends instead of ordering it.
- Enjoy the free time you have and make it productive!
