Everyone needs a break from their boring job or their lengthy project that is due in 3 days. If you are like me, and love to put things off until the last second, I have some great sites for you to get sucked into. Aside from your social media sites and places like StumbleUpon, and Buzzfeed, there is a vast world of procrastination destinations to explore.

1. For the people who enjoy interactive sites, we have WeaveSilk.

This little gem lets you doodle with ribbons. I would say this has the potential to kill maybe 45 minutes worth of time, and it always comes out looking awesome.

2. Also for the interactive types, there is Voxels.

This is a grid based time waster that lets you build things with cubes. You can create your own optical illusions. 30-45 minutes, gone.

3. If you're looking to laugh your ass off for a few hours, there is The Oatmeal.

This site is full of hilarious comics and blogs, for when you need a good laugh to keep your mind off that test you should be studying for.

4. If you have a dark sense of humor, Cyanide & Happiness is for you.

There are 100s of comics and video shorts for all your bizarre comedy needs. Most of them are pretty dark, others are wildly inappropriate but hey... we are all adults.

5. Now, for all of our Literary fans, there is always J.K. Rowling's Pottermore.

You're never too old to get lost in the Wizarding World. You can read the added stories, find your house, wand, patronous and even be sorted into the new Ilvermorny houses. Its very easy to spend hours running around the digital pages of Pottermore.

6. Bookroit is another good place to get lost.

There are podcasts, articles and all kinds of other book related goodies to feed your literary mind, here.

7. Animal Lovers beware... Kittenwar.

This site will waste all the time you don't have. All of it. You vote on which cat is cutest... and then it pulls up another. And another. And another.

8. And of course, the classic Cheezburger.

Its a giant pot of videos, pictures and gifs of funny animals other and random things, for when you need to put off a few hours of time.

9. For the productive procrastinator, there is FreeRice.

On this site, you test your vocabulary, and general knowledge. For every question you get right, 10 grains of rice are donated to feed the hungry through The World Food Program. 10 grains sounds pretty small, but after 2 hours into this site, you can feed a village.

10. If you're looking to find some good recipes for when you afford to eat real food, we have Foodily on hand.

Just type in an ingredient that sounds good to you and boom! Thousands of choices to explore.

11. HowStuffWorks is another fun one.

It has a bunch of categories for you to browse through. It is a good site for when you're really curious about how something works. (Obviously.)

11. When you want to be totally creeped out while you put off your responsibilities, go for CreepyPasta.

12. Or maybe you would like to scroll through some Ghost Stories.

This site contains stories sent in by people just like you, who have been through some scary stuff. You can also look through pictures of hauntings or check out their suggestions if you think you may have your own haunting going on. Creepy stuff right there.

There is an endless supply of procrastination tools on the internet my personal favorites are places where I can read about the stupid things that other people have done. It makes me feel better about my own life.

13. DamnYouAutocorrect is a great place to laugh at the unfortunate fails of technology.

14. When you want to judge people from afar, the ever so classy PeopleofWalmart.

Outfit fails, classy cars, glorious tattoos... its all here.

15. Last but certainly not least, The Slightly Warped Website. Yes, that's what its called.

This site is jam-packed with plenty of cool articles, stories and other, very strange things, for you to explore.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
