Another huge week in politics as the Republican effort for Obamacare repel ended in disaster. At the same time, this week ended with an explosive new change to white house staff. The Trump administration's chief of staff is no longer Reince Priebus, he has been replaced by John Kelly.
This news from the Trump White House comes on the heels of Trump replacing Sean Spicer as White House Press Secretary. Almost six months into his administration swift changes are quickly being made. It comes as no surprise that Priebus was on the out, both Spicer and Priebus were Trump's allies during the campaign due to their RNC ties - especially Priebus. Trump in the White House, however, needs a new approach to his communication relations with the American people.
As more changes continue to pour from the newlyweds rearranged administration talk will continue as to who else might be on the out as a result of the possible fallout. While it might seem odd that Trump is reorganizing some key members of his cabinet this news comes to no surprise given the number of rearrangements made in previous administrations during the first six months in office. Above all, running a country or a cabinet for that matter is no simple task and as the challenges, the administration faces change the administration might need to also seek what fits best.
