I’m sure many of you are familiar with this phrase, and have used it at one point in your lives while you were growing up. Now, what I want to know is why was this phrase so trendy for you along with others to use when you passed a Volkswagen vehicle?
One thing there is to admit about a punch buggy is that it has a cute nickname for its vehicle, which makes it even more fun to play the game when there is one on the road. This game will always help you kill time when you are on the road for a long time.
The punch buggy has different nicknames, other than how just punch buggy, such as slug bug or bettle bug. An interesting thing though about all these nicknames for a Volkswagen is in the end it will always identified as vehicle that is described as some kind of bug. I feel the reason behind the nickname is because of their unique shape, which is very similar to a lady bug's body shape.
As you can see, it weren’t for this adorable vehicle that has been in style since the early 60s, the classic movie "Herbie" would not be something you could watch. I’m pretty sure you have watched it as you were growing up, and if you haven’t yet, now would be a good time to put that on your list of movies to watch. Trust me it’s a more than just a race car movie, but the movie itself shows a lot about the faith this woman had for a vehicle like Herbie. The fact that this woman who owned Herbie from the beginning until the end with her loving support, should inspire us all that we can all hope fix something, and make it worthy again. I hope that little background story shows us all how Volkswagens not only play as the vehicle being sold around town, but that they also helped in the making of the successful business that sells them all over the world.
An amazing thing that strikes this Volkswagen company every day, in my opinion, is the humorous slogan that allows an excuse for a moment to laugh. Well, until someone takes it a step further with the slamming of an elbow into someone’s rib. That part is not so fun, and only leads to a traumatic experience that might make you flinch for your life if you ever play it again.
But, in the end, punch buggy, no punch backs was probably the most fun games that made me learn more about car types, and which ones are the dangerous ones to look out for. Well, on the bright side of the Volkswagen coming to car dealers, I have now learned to shout out the slogan of it first when I spot one out on the road, or I might just have an injured rib cage next time.
