When it comes to addiction there are good and bad things to be addicted to but I think the thing we are all addicted to is our tv shows. We binge watch and crave our characters as we watch their lives unravel and make us feel so much better about ours. But do we really know when we are addicted to our favorite streaming network, find your most important phases here in the tell all of everything you become once you truly are addicted to Netflix.

Sit back, relax, grab your go-to streaming snack and fall into the pit of despair that is binge watching, its okay we all do it.

1. The "just one more episode" phase

The obsession begins when the clock hits two AM and you know that eight AM class is going to kill but when Netflix as if your still watching you select yes. You tell yourself one more episode and then you'll go to bed but you find yourself watching the sunrise in the window and getting ready for class before you know it.

2. The friends VS Netflix phase

Phase two is when you lay in bed and contemplate the "Wyd" text in the group message or the next episode in the TV series your binging. You've been with your friends every day after class and have only been able to watch an episode a night, so maybe my show should be my priority instead.

3. The inappropriate reaction phase

This may be the most embarrassing phase and one of the last, this is when you are watching your favorite tv show and you find your self-reacting with the characters as if you too are in the show. You laugh and make facial expressions until realizing its too late and the deed is done.

4. The proud parent phase

This is the last phase, the one where you are inherently obsessed with the said TV show on Netflix and there is no turning back. You begin speaking about your characters to your friends as if they were real. You share their stories and characteristics and tell your friends time and time again to watch the show in order to make friends with your fictional character too.

5. Acceptance is key

So now you know, you are officially addicted to Netflix. Accept it, nurture it, because maybe it helps you escape to a place where you can feel magical and get away from the harsh realities of the world. Accept it, because honestly there are worse things to be addicted to.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
