Choose Your Personality To Find Out Which Doggo You're Most Like

Doggos are the light to the world. Even though they may be covered in fur and have four legs, we have a lot in common with dogs, especially when it comes to personalities. If you have ever wondered what type of dog is your spirit animal, wonder no longer because these four dog breeds fit the four types of personalities.

1. Cairn Terrier

Do you ever feel like you have to support everyone? Are you independent and your own boss? Do you live by planners, calendars, and everything that keeps you organized? Then you, my friend are a Cairn terrier. This breed of dog is independent, active, and hard working. You are the type of person who always arrives early and people can rely on to ensure the job gets done effectively and efficiently. Others may view you as assertive and maybe controlling, but when the going gets tough, you can count on a Cairn Terrier to carry the team. If you've ever taken the True Colors personality test before, you are a Gold personality. If you fall into this category, you follow in the personality pawprints of people like Henry Ford, Florence Nightingale, and Joan Rivers.

2. Rottweiler

Are you able to keep your emotions in check? Is a calm and quiet setting perfect for you? Do you strive to be original and objective in everything you do? Then you can describe yourself as a rottweiler because this breed is known to be confident, steady, and good-natured. You can be very analytical and logical when it comes to things you do. When you do something, you want it to be precise and done right. Because of your goal-orientated and calm demeanor, others may think you are afraid to open up and critical. Your innovate thinking and problem-solving skills help out both groups and yourself when facing an issue. You may be described as a Green Personality when doing the True Colors Personality Test. Famous people who fit into the rottweiler personality are Albert Einstein, Barbra Walters, and Steven Spielberg.

3. Golden Retriever

Do you value relationships? Are you the one who tries to solve fights and keep the peace? Are you sometimes loyal to a fault? Then you may need to get golden hair and a floppy haircut because you are a golden retriever. Golden retrievers usually have the personality traits of being friendly, trustworthy, and reliable. You value your loved ones and try to be a listening ear to others. Empathy is one of your biggest strengths, and you have the skill to read people very well. You may struggle with rejection and self-confidence sometimes, and you need to be accepted by others. You can also be described as a Blue Personality based on the True Colors Test. Oprah Winfrey, Mr. Rogers, and Mother Teresa have personalities similar to golden retrievers and you.

4. Siberian Husky

Can you charm your way out of most situations? Does the idea of structure and routine sound boring? Can you talk to anyone like you've known them for years? You may actually be from Siberia because you are a Siberian husky! This breed of dog is outgoing, friendly, and energetic. You may enjoy taking risks, multi-tasking, and being very adaptable because it seems you are running 100 miles per hour. Others may view you as scattered or unreliable, but in the end, you can be a breath of fresh air for people you work with because of your fun-loving personality and quick-thinking ability. You can also describe yourself as an Orange Personality. Other adventurous and energetic people who are also Siberian Huskies are Eddie Murphy, Lucile Ball, and Teddy Roosevelt.

Whether you are a terrier or a husky, your personality is unique and truly yours. Understanding who you are at the core can help you find your strengths, weaknesses, and values in life. Most people are a mix of personalities traits rather than just being one. I believe we can have several spirit animals, but some of our spirit animals may be bigger or bark louder than others. Embrace your inner doggo (and maybe an actual doggo too) because the sooner you dig a little deeper about yourself, the sooner you can realize your true potential.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
