I’m outwitting the weather with the brilliantly British brand Joules this season! I am a sucker for color and when I saw these pink rain boots from Joules USA, I just had to snatch them right up! Anything bright and colorful to make a drabby rainy day that much better is a win in my book. Paired with a cute blue polka dot rain jacket (my first!) these pink rain boots make quite a pairing. The best part is at $74 bucks, the rain boots are quite a pretty price point too.

I paired the pink rain boots and polka dot jacket with a cozy grey sweater and jeans which I think is a great casual weekend outfit that you can wear just about anywhere. For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
