If you are like me, you can't go through one day without enjoying a nice, warm cup of coffee. It can be a latte, cappuccino, espresso, or even just a plain old cup of joe that gets you through the day. Some may say it's addiction, but we say it's for our sanity So here are some reasons we coffee lovers drink the sweet nectar:

1. When coffee makes you a morning person

We all know someone who is not a morning person. They are grouchy and crabby and hate that they are awake but after they have their coffee they change moods and become more tolerable to the idea of being awake early in the morning.

2. When coffee helps you escape

Whether it be at work or at home we all have to deal with something or someone. So we escape to enjoy our cup of coffee. A good cup of coffee takes us away from all the noise.

3. When one cup isn't enough

Soon after drinking your first cup, you realize how amazing it is. The warm feeling, the feeling of happiness and sanity rushes upon you. Soon after you love that feeling and you have one maybe two more cups.

4. When it helps with your afternoon lull

Those who are coffee drinkers know that the morning cup or cups doesn't last all day. And after dealing with people and just being awake for a couple hours, you need to refuel.

5. When coffee becomes life

You can't wake up without having coffee first or even function without coffee first, you know that coffee has become life. It helps you in ways nothing else can.
