Overwatch is a team based first person shooter available for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. It features both casual style and competitive games. The purpose of the game is to protect or attack various objectives in order to win the game for your team. There are 22 playable characters in the game as of right now with more to be released. 22 characters making up four classes, Attack, Defense, Tank, and Support and this game is all about team composition. I'll briefly describe what each class means so you can understand what I'm talking about if you've never played the game before.

Attackers

These are the guys who deal heavy damage. When mastered, any character on this list will be a formidable threat to anyone due to their high damage.

Defense

These characters allow a team to make a single point on the map very dangerous to be in. Not the greatest 1 vs 1, but pair them with a couple other characters and they can cause serious issues.

Tank

Massive health, purpose is to be annoying enough so that the other team has to focus on you and get rid of all the health you have. Some tanks have good weapons, others are utility tanks, you just have to decide which is necessary for specific maps.

Support

Healing, damage boosts, shields, basically anything that will help your team in the long run. Support characters need to be aware of their surroundings so they can actively keep their team in the game.

Ultimates

Every character has an ability that is charged over time called an ultimate. I will also discuss each characters ultimate and how effective they can be.

Ranks

I will now give my personal rankings on each individual character within each class. Today I will rank two, but normally I will rank a character from all the classes. All characters will be ranked out of 100

Pharah

Rockets, jetpacks, grenades, as you could guess Pharah is a force to be reckoned with. In the hands of the right player, pharah can be one of the more useful offensive characters. Her long range makes it easy to take out enemy turrets or snipers, while her grenades can disrupt enemy choke holds. The main way to be effective with Pharah is to stay in the air for as long as possible. Her ultimate ability is called Barrage. Barrage shoots out many rockets that can devastate the enemy team. Combine that with being in the air, pretty annoying to go up against.

Ratings:

Weapons: Rocket very powerful but a good player can dodge it. Concussion grenade is very useful for knocking enemies off the edge. 18/25

Mobility: Most mobile offensive player if not the most mobile player in the game must be flying for this to be true. 22/25

Utility: Other than knocking enemies away, she doesn't provide much here. 10/25

Ultimate: Great ultimate, just use if wisely can be a game changer 24/25

OVERALL: 74/100

Bastion

Bastion is a defense classed mobile turret character. Moving around he has a decent weapon, a basic machine gun that can be helpful in combination with another player. His secondary mode is a stationary turret/minigun. This is where he can be dangerous because if positioned appropriately the amount of damage output he can do is impressive.

Ratings:

Weapons: Movement mode the weapon is sub par. Stationary the weapon is amazing. 21/25

Mobility: So slow. Get in position and pray you don't die because if you do you will have a slow walk back. 8/25

Utility: 2 different configurations, mobile and stationary, can self heal 19/25

Ultimate: An odd ultimate because it makes a defensive character take an offensive role. The tank mode configuration is very powerful and can easily take down an entire team. 24/25

OVERALL: 72/100

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
