"Orange is the New Black" is one of those shows you hate to love. It is addicting and before you know it, you are done with an entire season and you just turned on your computer. If we're being honest, this show is just plain weird. If these inmates aren't stabbing each other in the back, they are getting it on. Each scene keeps you on your toes and you wonder about a million times during each episode why you're so addicted to a show like this. The reason we are all so addicted is probably because or reasons like these...

1. The fact that no matter what, Alex is our spirit animal. Her facial expressions always seem to explain our lives.

2. The cute boy look

3. Surrender or taste prison food...

4. We all have those nights

5. Whatever

6. Excuse me?

7. That episode where a chicken ruled the compound and caused nearly every inmate to lose their mind and no one questioned it…

8. This sexist/homophobic jerk

9. How Morello always seems to have loads of contraband… lipstick, eyeshadow, sunglasses, you name it... but she always gets away with it.

10. Speaking of contraband, remember that one episode where the inmates uses cockroaches to transport cigarettes and other junk from one place to the other?

11. When Piper went off the deep end and started an illegal panty business and ditched Alex for Rose:

12. When Crazy Eyes wrote that extremely graphic novel, “Time Hump” and everyone fell in love with it...

13. When the prison had a massive bed bug invasion and everyone wore just their prison panties for an entire episode.

14. And does anyone remember when everyone was convinced Norma was some holy healer and then they proceeded to form a cult?

15. How we never thought we would find any sort of relationship goals in prison until we met these two couples…

Now, everyone knows that we could never fit the memories of this show into a couple gifs. There is no gif to describe a lot of things -- for instance -- how we felt when Vee got ran over by the prison bus (harsh I know but she deserved it c’mon)... There is no gif to describe how we all ship Alex and Piper, I mean if you’re a Rose and Piper fan, that’s just wrong. So, as we all binge watch season 4, let's remind ourselves why we felling love with this show in the first place...
