Dear Little,

The day I met you was going to be the happiest day ever. I was going to see you, and I was going to know right away that you were meant to be my little. We were supposed to spend so many hours together at Starbucks that they would know our orders by heart, and we'd be that cheesy duo always rocking matching letters because we could.

I want you to know how excited I was for you... Even though I won't ever actually meet you. I loved you so much already, and you don't even exist. You've taken over my Pinterest, with a plethora of secret sister week gift ideas and cute matching outfit ideas perfect for us. My art supplies prepped with everything I'd ever need to make you a month's worth of gifts, and maybe a couple extras, just because.

So, I hope you know that even though I can't have you as a little, someone will become your big, and they're gonna be your rock when you need them, and the mama bird when you need a little push to leave the nest. Knowing my... Sorry, our sisters, you'll never have to worry about your big not being there for you. And we will still be sisters, and I guarantee when I meet you we will be fast friends.

I hope this sorority becomes as amazing a home for you as it has for me, and that you make friends who will love you as much as I do. I know you've picked a sorority full of incredible women, and I know they've all got loads of things to teach you, so go ahead and make the most out of it.

I also hope you realize that sisters don't only exist on Sundays. Sisters are for study dates, karaoke nights at the Tower Inn, and everything in between. They're also really awesome for getting coffee with you before/after meetings.

So brace yourself little one. You're going to be going through some rough stuff in these next couple months, but I believe in you, and if you need anything, remember that you can and should turn to your sisters. They love you, and they want you to succeed in all aspects of life.
