Oh Justin, how time has flown since you took the world by storm. I was your biggest fan and I still consider myself that. From One Time to Boyfriend and everywhere in between I was obsessed. I sat in the back row at your concert in Birmingham in 2010 and sang every word to every song, no matter what stares I got from others. However, you are making it harder and harder for me to stand by your side.
I understand that you are getting older, but so am I. I am the same age as you, I understand that your life has changed so much since you were fourteen. I also understand that you have grown up as a celebrity, everywhere you go, people follow. I have tried for years to get people to understand that you are just a normal teenage boy who is being stupid and making bad decisions just because you can, but you have to grow out of that phase. I love you, I really do, but no one is going to take pity on a twenty-something for drag-racing or saying truly stupid things.
We all have to grow up eventually, you included. We have to learn that the world is a big scary place and that one bad move can cost you what you have always wanted, whether that's fame, family or friends. You have to start acting like you care about yourself and you care about the decisions you're making, if you don't you'll lose everything.
When I Google your name the articles that come up all focus on the negative, rather than the positive. Whether you are being 'told off' during your visit to the Vatican, your on and off relationship with Selena Gomez, and other antics, it breaks my heart.
Please, I am asking from the bottom of my fourteen year-old Bieber Fever Fan Club heart, please make some better decisions so that the world can learn to love you again.
