If you're anything like I am, you've spent the last four months rotating two pairs of sweats, though I do occasionally throw a nice shirt on top of my leggings for the occasional important video call. For anyone who knows me, this is a big deal — I never owned a pair of sweatpants before March of 2020.
That, of course, has now changed forever.
Recently, however, I've been missing getting dressed up. Though I'm fully supportive of anyone who may want to throw on an evening gown to work from home and eat dinner alone, I feel there has to be a middle ground between the baggy sweats and the fully dressed-up look.
That's when I turn to Nordstrom — a breeding ground for chic, luxury essentials I rarely splurge on. But with loungewear becoming a new part of our daily lives, I want to invest a bit more into what I'm putting on my body every day and there's no better time to do that than during Nordstrom's Annual Sale when you can justify the purchases without having to bend your budget.
