With 2016 wrapping up many people will take time to reflect on everything that the year has brought with it. While doing this it can be extremely easy to get caught in the past rather than looking ahead to the future. So for those of you holding on to the memories of 2016 I offer you this challenge as a new years resolution. Take risks, put yourself out there, and try something new. Whether 2016 was a good or bad year it's easy to get caught up in a loop of the beauty or pain of past memories. The best way to escape this loop is to expose yourself to new experiences. It's not easy, and it can be scary trying something new, but if you never try new things you'll never know just how much you can get out of life. I challenge you to take yourself out of your comfort zone, to make 2017 a year like no other year you've experienced before.

Remember, you can't broaden your horizons if you keep sitting in one place, and the only bad story is one that remains untold.
