In case you couldn't tell, I'm a new lifter. Sometimes people decide to better themselves, mentally and physically. I've definitely learned so much and here are some of the few thoughts that I occasionally (or always) have.
How does anyone have fun lifting insane amounts of weight?
I never thought that working out could be viewed as fun. Honestly, the more I do it, the better it gets.
Why does my squat form look absolutely awkward?
Why do my heels come off the floor when I squat?
My entire body is sore. Why is this the only sign of progress?
I cannot walk up the stairs or sit on the toilet without shrieking, but I am building muscle!
Why are cute workout clothes so expensive?
Ah, the dilemma! Wanting to look cute while I workout should not have to break the bank.
Is my stance properly aligned?
Check yourself at least twice before movement. You don't want to hurt yourself by moving improperly.
When will I be able to add more weight?
I want to build muscle fast, but it takes so much time. Go slowly and add weight gradually for a healthy lifting journey.
