Neko Atsume is an app that has gained some insane traction in the last couple of weeks. The game is centered around a group of cats that come and go from a yard as they please. Your job is to try to entice the kitties to come back more and more often and to bring you gifts of fish, goldfish, and "goodies". My roommate was the one that showed me the game and she loved it. After downloading it about a week ago I am now completely obsessed with it and understand the hype. It is so easy to find yourself compulsively checking the app to see if your favorite cat has come by or to see if you have enough goldfish to upgrade the yard. So here are five moments that only Neko Atsume fans will understand.

1. When a Rare Cat Comes To The Yard

From Joe DiMeowgio to Mr. Meowgi there are tons of rare cats that can occasionally be brought to your yard by putting special goodies and food out. These cats typically will also bring your rare goodies or even mementos. To lure rare cats to the yard you will need their object of interest and a certain type of food. For Joe DiMeowgio you will need to place a baseball in the yard and have the food "Ritzy Bits" out . It is super exciting when a rare cat passes through and it certainly gives you bragging rights.

2. When You Miss Your Favorite Cat

Like most normal people I am not constantly on the app and therefore I usually don't see my favorite cats. Personally, I love the snowball who just rolls around with the little red ball. It's just precious. A huge improvement to the app would be notifications for when your favorite cats come by, but I don't anticipate that happening.

3. When Tubbs Eats All Of Your Frisky Bits

There is a cat named Tubbs that is super fat and will come by only to eat your food. He lies around by the food bowl with his round little belly up in the air. The awesome thing about Tubbs though is that he at least leaves you a lot of fish which acts as the app's form of currency.

4. When You Splurge On The Nice Food And Only Get Regular Cats.

Picture this. You open the app for the first time that day and decide that you are going to spend some of your hard earned goldfish and buy some sashimi to try and attract a rare cat. Well you check on the cats later on that day only to see that the food is gone and only regular cats have come by. All you can think is "Well, at least it wasn't Tubbs who ate all of the food.".

5. When You Finally Have Enough Gold Fish To Upgrade Your Yard.

In order to add extensions onto your yard or redecorate it you have to spend a good bit of your goldfish. An extension to the yard is around 180 goldfish where as a redecoration is a bit less than that. This allows you more room for more kittens and also allows you to put out more toys and food. This gives you the chance to attract your favorite cats and even some rare ones.

This game is really entertaining and simple to understand. It's very easy to get hooked on it and find yourself checking it multiple times throughout the day. So go ahead and download Neko Atsume: Kitty Collector and start getting kitties. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
