The Nebula Solar is the latest Portable Projector from Anker Innovations. Its sleek and polished design measures seven inches wide and weighs less than three pounds, allowing you to transfer the device anywhere your journey takes you. With a crisp, clear 1080p HDR 10 resolution projecting up to 120 inches, the Solar can transform any room into a personal movie theater. Dolby Digital cinematic surround sound is packed in and fills the air with poised and powerful audio. The included remote fits snug in any hand with a voice-activated Google assistant and easy-to-find navigation buttons. The automatic autofocus and image adjustment settings ensure that you get a rich and vivid picture anytime the projector turns on. The long-lasting battery allows up to three hours of projection time before recharging via USB-C.

Setting up this device is simple and straightforward. Simply turn on the power button from either the remote or on the device itself. Pull out the included built-in stand to position the projector at the right angle and height and use the digital zoom lens to adjust the size of the image to get the best use of your space. You can navigate to settings to modify the projector for color display, contrast, and saturation.

I love that the Nebula Portable can stand as a standalone device with no wires. The entire Google Play store is at your fingertips with fan favorites like YouTube, Hulu, Twitch, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, ESPN, and more. The only thing that is missing is Netflix, but there is an easy workaround. You can download the mobile app on Nebula's store and access it there. Using the physical remote makes it difficult to navigate, so it is best to use the Nebula remote control app on your smartphone when watching Netflix. Google Chromecast, Miracast, and Airplay are integrated inside to cast your favorite media or mirror your laptop or phone to the projector seamlessly. HDMI, DC-IN, and USB connections are at the back of the projector to plug in external devices.

I tested out the projector and was astounded. The crystal-clear resolution is sharp with vivid detail and bright, brilliant colors that pop off the screen. The fan is quiet and produces a soothing sound that is drowned out by the vibrant, sonorous sound. The streaming quality was smooth with no interruptions.

For less than $600 with a durable design, high-definition quality, and smart features, the Nebula Solar Portable is picture-perfect. 9.5/10
