SPOILER ALERT: season 2 spoilers included!

Stranger Things is sweeping the nation. Whether you love the Netflix Original for the sci-fi horror vibe, the government conspiracies, the heartfelt endings, the quirky characters or the many intense storylines, there is something for everyone.

One of the front-runners among the characters is Nancy Wheeler, starting the series as the typical teenage sweetheart and transitioning into an inspirational badass. We all have much respect for the creators for including so many powerful female roles, but here are 17 moments when Nancy Wheeler made complete power moves for women:

1. From the get-go

She was first introduced as a hard-working, school-centered, intelligent young teen, that hasn't gotten caught up in the high school BS yet.

2. When she shot-gunned a beer at Steve's pool party like a total pro

Much respect, Nance.

3. When she made things right with Jonathan and gifted him a new camera for Christmas

Super thoughtful.

4. After being called a slut, she walked away, chin up, and confronted her accuser

Instead of crying, cowering or running home in shame after Steve and his posse accused her of being a slut, she took action.

5. When Nancy left the "cool kids" to discuss their party details and went to comfort Jonathan right after his brother went missing

(Even when they told her not to)

6. When you see Nancy practicing her softball swing in the garage

So that she is prepared and ready for the demolition of the Demogorgon.

7. When she slashed her hand wide open to summon the Demogorgon, kill it and bring back Will

Plus that cute scene with Jonathan and Nancy comparing hand scars- OMG MY HEART!

8. When she preached about finding real love

She expressed her desire to be more than her mother (a high school graduate who never truly loved her husband but married him solely to create a nuclear family) and to fall in love with someone real instead of marrying a washed up high-school jock and staying in Hawkins her whole life. PREACH NANCY!

9. When she selflessly helped Steve with his college entrance exam

Constructive criticism is key. What a sweetheart, amirite?

10. When she saw the sticky junk, heard the terrifying noises, and still proceeded to crawl through the tree into the Upside-Down to find the Demogorgon

Gotta love that courage.

11. When she not only teased the hell out of Jonathan for missing the cans when practicing with the gun, but also grabbing the pistol from him and hitting the can on her first try

12. When she finally decided to go for the guy that she loved

Even though he was not the cookie-cutter perfect boyfriend, over her fan-favorite BF.

13. When Nancy showed up in the perfect mixture of a cute and conservative Halloween costume

You go Lana!

14. When she sees the dying deer in the woods and selflessly wants to put it out of its misery

15. When she took the law into her own hands and initiated her own investigation to get justice for Barb

Like, why can't all friends be that loyal?

16. When the Demo-Dogs were about to attack in season 2 and Nancy steps up to the plate

Hopper desperately looked at the boys and asked who could shoot a gun. Nancy steps up and says, "I CAN." (And everyone is like, "Holy shit, get it girl!") Hello, Mrs. Unstoppable.

17. When she left her post at the punch station and went and danced with a broken-hearted Dustin at the Snow Ball

She stole everyone's heart and left the audience in tears. How humble and kind.

All feminism aside, the show is fantastic. If you haven't watched yet, get after it.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
