This fall has some super fun fall clothes, shoes, and jewelry trends! It's all about texture and silhouette! Following a straight line, keeping your style figure flattering is definitely a must! But with that, also adding so much fun texture with rhinestones, pearls, velvet, leather, shiny metallics, and everything the like! This is the season to have fun with your wardrobe, adding quirky touches to your typical style.
These are a few of the cutest must have shoes for the season (and the reasonable knock offs).
1. Velvet
Velvet is probably the number one texture this season! Velvet shoes are a must! It's nothing like the velvet stretch dresses with the feather collars that your mom made you wear on Christmas Sunday. Velvet is all about luxury!
Velvet booties are all over the place! Neiman Marcus carries Stuart Weitzman Red Clinger Stretch-Velvet Mid-Calf Booties which retail for $575.00. And let's be real.. how cute are they?! We all need a pair!
Knockoff:www.NordstromRack.com carries the perfect knock off's for $55.97! The Abound Izzie Bootie in Burgandy is a perfect match for us broke girls who still want to look cute!
2. Rhinestones
Rhinestones are all over the place! They're super cute on shoes and handbags right now! Add some sparkle to your life with some rhinestone shoes!
I've seen Tory Burch Valentina Bow Slides in multiple magazines this fall, and they're so beautiful for those of us who live in the southern states and can get away with sandals all fall! They retail for $378.00 from the Tory Burch website.
Knockoff: Kate Spade New York has a similar design for a third of the price! You can get the Fenton Blust Satin Slide Sandals from Lord and Taylor for $117.60.
3. Shiny Metallic's
Shiny Metallic's are a great way to add some pizzazz to your wardrobe! Though I have no shame and would be fine walking into the grocery store looking like a human mirror, celebrity stylists are saying to stick with just one shiny metallic item for each outfit. While we're at it, military style is very in this season too (which when is it not, amiright?). Mixing the two is like a dream come true!
Michael Kors has a really beautiful pair of nickel colored combat boots this season. They can be purchased from Lord and Taylor for $295.00, but are on clearance for $147.99 for a limited time!
Knockoff: I don't know about you, but my wallet still would not be happy about me spending $147 on some metallic combat boots.. But I have good news! Stage.com has the amazing Gotta Flirt Gold Metallic boots for only $39.98. (They also have some very shiny black combat boots while you're there.)
4. Pearls
Pearls are being used to add some shine and texture, while still being very glamorous. When added with other textures, such as velvet or satin, pearls are dynamite for your ensemble!
The ever-so-fabulous Stuart Weitzman had his Guamule Velvet Loafer Mule out right now and they are so great! The velvet and pearled shoe has so much sofistication, yet the style of the mule relaxes the look dramatically. These would be so sure with some black crop pants, and an oversized sweater! They retail through Bergdorf Goodman for $455.00.
Knockoff: as sassy and sophisticated as they are, Stuart Weiszman is not in the budget for must of us. That was why Aldo came about. They have a perfect pair of Cauweil Black Suede mules which retail for $80, and are on sale for $55.98! They also have some other color options that are amazing!
I hope you go the shoes blues, which can only be fixed by some retail therapy! Have a great week!
