Warning: this article may cause you to go broke from buying tickets and dropping everything to go to these amazing festivals.

Everyone loves music and seeing your favorite artists live, but being able to see multiple of them at a festival is really something else. These 9 festivals are on my bucket list for sure, and after reading this article I'm sure they will be on yours too. No matter what kind of music you like, there's a festival out there for you!

1. Coachella

Of course, the music festival everyone has heard of -- the queen of all music festivals. Located in Indio, California, this festival is all things boho and celebs. So grab your flower crowns and head out to California, because their lineup is always killer.

2. Bonnaroo

Located in Manchester, Tennessee, you will find another super popular music festival. The best thing about this festival is the variety of music. There's Tove Lo to Mumford & Sons to Billy Joel to Kendrick Lamar, this festival covers all the grounds for an epic time.

3. Stagecoach

It's all things country in Indio, California, with this music festival. Get your boots out to jam out to Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Eric Church and many more.

4. Firefly

This festival features diverse music form Mumford & Sons, A$AP Rocky, Major Lazer, The 1975 and everything in between. All this fun can be found in Dover, Delaware.

5. Austin City Limits (ACL)

Given the name, this festival is of course held in Austin, Texas. With an epic lineup including The Chainsmokers, Flume, Kendrick Lamar, Cage the Elephant and so much more. Fun times are sure to endure In Zilker Park.

6. Ultra

Located in the ultimate party destination, Miami, Florida, this festival has music that makes you want to dance. From Afrojack, Avicii, David Guetta and more, you will be on your feet all day for sure.

7. Lollapalooza

This popular festival has many major headliners that I can’t just list a few, so get ready: J. Cole, Lana Del Rey, G-Eazy, The 1975, Future, Major Lazer, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Disclosure, Mac Miller, Cherub, Ellie Goulding, Flume, Halsey, Bryson Tiller and SO MANY MORE. Tell me this doesn’t make you want to get in your car and go to Chicago right now for this festival.

8. The Governors Ball

New York City is already great, but it’s made better with this music festival being held on Randall’s Island Park. Music from Kanye West, Of Monsters and Men, Chet Faker, Mac Miller and more makes for an incredible experience in the city.

9. Burning Man

This unique festival is held in the Black Rock Desert in Nevada and is filled with DJ’s that rock the desert.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
