Every day all around the world there are a ton of movies being pitched, produced, written, and watched. In every big city, and even some small cities there is at least one Movie Theater. Movies are a main form of entertainment in our society. With August coming up here are the movies worth seeing.
1. Suicide Squad (August 5)
A secret government agency hires super-villain prisoners to execute the dangerous black ops missions in exchange for freedom.
2. Nine Lives (August 5)
Cat lovers this movie is for you. A cranky business guy finds himself voodooed into a cat’s body. While inside the cat he must reconnect with them before he can break the voodoo.
3. Pete’s Dragon (August 12)
A Disney remake of the original 1977 musical. The story of Pete, an orphan, and his adventures with his dragon best friend, Elliot.
4. Florence Foster Jenkins (August 12)
The story of a New York heiress with a horrible singing voice who dreams of becoming an opera singer.
5. War Dogs (August 19)
Based on the true story of two young men who won a couple million contract from the Pentagon. With this money they are supposed to arm America’s allies in Afghanistan.
6. Mechanic: Resurrection (August 26)
When an ex-murders love gets kidnapped by his most formidable foe he must come out of retirement. He is then forced to travel the world and complete three impossible assassinations.
7. Don’t Breathe (August 26)
The house of a wealthy blind man gets broken into by a group of friends. They are thinking they are going to get away with the perfect heist, but the reality says different.
Movies are a way to entertain and one of my favorite part of movies are the previews for other movies. This list is just a few of the movies coming out in August but these are the ones I look forward to seeing the most.
