When I was a third-grader, I watched the cutscenes of the Wii game called Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. I watched the videos of the game on YouTube during the evening. I came upon this game because I was into Super Smash Bros. Melee. I was watching videos of Super Smash Bros. Melee. There was one video called Metroid Melee and I wanted to check it out. It starred the Nintendo character named Samus Aran. Metroid Melee had a very interesting plot. It also had interesting and cool villains. My favorite villain was Gandrayda. Because of her, I was able to find Metroid Prime 3: Corruption on YouTube. I saw that there was a video of a battle between her and Samus in the video game. I was curious about how Gandrayda looked like. In Metroid Melee, they portrayed her as a blue Zelda. I took a look at the video and I found it to be awesome.
Later, I decided to watch all the cutscenes of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption on YouTube. I thought that the game had a very good and interesting plot. As a third-grader, I did not understand one hundred percent of the plot until I recently read about it as a college student. The video game is about stopping the spread of Phazon, an evil organic substance in Samus's world. Samus and her friends have to deal with Dark Samus and the space pirates. However, Dark Samus corrupts them with Phazon. Sadly, Samus's friends suffer the negative effects of Phazon and they end up getting controlled by Dark Samus. Samus has to destroy her friends, like Gandrayda, so that she can complete her missions and stop the spread of Phazon. Whenever I remember the video game, I am glad that I know about Samus Aran and her world.
