Meet ASU Odyssey: Alexandra Conforti

Hello! My name is Alexandra Conforti, and I am currently a journalist at Arizona State University. I joined the Odyssey Online as a Freshman, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communications, specifically specializing in Investigative Reporting. I hope to also pursue a minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice.

For the Odyssey Online, I will be covering topics relating to politics, health and lifestyle and even some tips on how to be successful as a college student. Writing is truly my passion, and my hope is to create content that will be beneficial and utilized by all of you guys!

I work as an Undergraduate Research Aid right here at the Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications, assisting in providing insight and research for the topic of "Stunting as a Strategy for 21st Century Primetime Programming."

A little more about me... I am originally from Chicago, Illinois, but moved to Tucson, Arizona when I was six. Then, moved to Phoenix to attend ASU. Aside from writing articles for The Odyssey Online, you might find me on any average day reading Stephen King novels, going for a jog around downtown or even pursuing some yoga in the early hours of the morning. I also spend my free time binge-watching horror movies and conspiracy theorizing nearly everything!
