With the holidays coming around, high-end makeup brands like Too Faced, Tarte, Smashbox, and more are coming out with their new products. One problem is that no one wants to spend over $50.00 for one makeup product! Along with high-end makeup coming out with products, "drug store" makeup brands constantly are bringing out new content, some being identical to many high-end palettes, foundations, concealers, and more. Here are a few good dupes to save your wallet from a dramatic drop.
The infamous Beatyblender, a sponge worth $20 promises to apply foundation effortlessly and makes any your foundation more high coverage. With all that promise comes a hefty price for a sponge that is recommended to be thrown out and repurchased monthly. Realtechniques put out a similar sponge for just $5.99! This sponge promises to do the same as the Beautyblender and is now starting to be highly recommended by makeup artist and beauty influencers.
Are you in love with the Naked palettes by Urban Decay but do not want to spend $54?! You are not alone, and many drugstore brands have noticed that trend! The best dupe for all three Naked palettes comes from a brand named "W7", they came out with three identical palettes to the Urban Decay ones and only for $6.59. They also seem to have the same quality, so you really feel like you do not have to miss out on those palettes!
Foundation, in general, is a very expensive makeup product to buy, ranging from $40-200 in the high-end collections! Recently, Too Faced came out with a highly ranked foundation called the "Born this Way" foundation, promising full coverage but feeling like nothing was on your face. The promise was kept, but at a large price tag of $39! Luckily, if you do not want to spend your money on that foundation, Milani Cosmetics, came out with an affordable foundation called the "2 in 1 Conceal and Perfect" Foundation, promising the same as the Too Faced foundation, they also kept their end of the bargain for only $9.99! This foundation feels the exact same as the Too Faced foundation and is a lot more affordable.
Lastly, Kylie Lipkits have been all the rage since she launched her line. Since then, many companies high-end and drugstore have brought out similar products for lower prices. The Kylie Lipkits no longer have to be a debate of "Should I buy it or not?" when you can find cheaper dupes for many of her colors! The brand "Colorpop" has many colors to choose from and an almost identical formula to Kylie's! Colorpop liquid lipsticks only cost about $6!
These are just some of the many dupes for high end products that are a must have!
