As the weather gets colder, many teens and adults (especially college students) will be looking for a nice cafe for a delicious cup of coffee. It is challenging trying to overcome the stress of midterms. We all need a boost of energy. However, there is no reason to panic. Here are 10 cafes where you can get the coffee you need to help get you through another day of work or classes.

Here is a nice coffee shop to visit for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. They have a variety of drinks including a hot apple crumb latte. To celebrate the fall season, this cafe features different Halloween and autumn-themed beverages. Make sure to pick up one of their sandwiches and stuffed biscuits, as well.

2. Soul Brew

Here is another trendy cafe. Come and get a nice cup of brewed water and smashed seeds from a flowery shrub with a croissant or bagel. The staff is very friendly and they have delicious food selection. It is across from the Paramount Theater, which is great if you want to see a performance. Give it a try.

It is a friendly place and might be the only coffee shop in Suffolk County that has oat milk (if you want that), and they have other selections for dessert such as vegan chocolate chip cookies. This coffee franchise is located everywhere. You will most likely find their cafe (or truck) on campus and somewhere in your neighborhood. However, for a little more you can also get a croissant or pastry. If you need coffee and do not care about how much your paying, this is the place to go.

Here is a nice little country-style pastry and coffee shop. The staff is friendly and serves espressos, bread, soup, and other lunch specials. Try their variety of java or additional food selections. It is a place that keeps things simple.
