8 Hot Celebs You'd Love To Kiss On New Year's Eve

Everyone has their list of celebrities that, if given the chance, they would totally get jiggy with over the holidays. Just in time for you to start thinking about New Year's Eve, here's my list of celeb cuties that I think someone like you would want to make out with to ring in 2016!

1. Chris Hemsworth

He's got the body, the face, the pecs... And seriously, the guy played a Norse god. Need I say more? Thor is definitely someone I'd like to see under a mistletoe somewhere.

2. Katy Perry

Katy Perry: The brunette bombshell who's been rocking our worlds since 2008, both with her music and her looks. She embodies classical beauty, but takes a fresh take on it with her daring wardrobe, crazy makeup, and seriously funny performances. Who wouldn't mind kissing those lipstick'd lips on NYE?

3. Chris Pine

The second Chris on the list, we fell in love with him when we first saw him in "Princess Diaries 2." Since then, our love for his acting/blue eyes has only made us want to full-on make out even more.

4. Anna Kendrick

She stole the show in "Pitch Perfect," but she's also stolen the hearts of millions of fans. Her hilarious Twitter account detailing her life combined with her rockin' bod and literally perfect hair make her seem like the perfect woman. I know I'd want to ring in the New Year with her!

5. Joseph Gordon-Levitt

Seriously, look at that face. Who couldn't want to kiss that face? Need I say more about him other than that he's perfect?

6. Mila Kunis

Once voted the Most Beautiful Woman in the World, Mila Kunis takes the cake on someone I'd like to see up close and personal as the ball drops in NYC.

7. Zac Efron

Yes, Zefron, we salute you, too. Let's meet on December 31st....

8. Jennifer Lawrence

Just look at her. Rapier wit, amazing actress, and simply gorgeous. JLaw is the epitome of perfection.

While we may all just end up alone on New Years Eve, it's nice to dream big and think of all the possibilities. But seriously, if anyone personally knows any of the above celebrities and wants to send them my way before New Years', that would be fantastic.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
