Stefan Islas Ross (born Sierra Blanca; May 27, 1995) is an American rapper better known by his stage name, Lil Conscious. He is noted for his freestyles Ashes and Bojak Lil Conscious has hit over 1 million views with his song Bojak on SoundCloud and has hit 300,000 streams on Spotify with his song Ashes.

In December 2013, at age 17, Lil Conscious was a senior in high school at Sierra Blanca, Texas (population 396). With his identity hidden, Lil Conscious released his first mixtape, Barley Conscious, followed in December 2014 with the mixtape Conscience, and in December 2015 with the mixtape Phase 1. Contains all freestyles from Lil Conscious creative mind. In 2016, Rapper Lil Conscious removed all social media and music from all platforms, because of mental health issues. Lil Conscious has still kept his identity hidden and has the world on its toes wondering what this creative mind may be. In May 2018, Lil Conscious Reactivated his social media and dropped his hit song Bojak on SoundCloud, hitting over a million views in the first four months.

In October 2019, Canadian rapper Drake posted a video of himself dancing to one of Lil Conscious's songs, Bojak, which helped him gain popularity despite objections from other rappers. In that same year, Lil Conscious was in a deal with OVO records with co-signs from Drake, Lil Uzi Vert, Trippieredd, Diplo, and many other artists.

In Recent Interviews, Lil Conscious explains how his life has changed little. He said the money is great and the friendships he has made on the way have been nothing but positive energy. In his No Jumper interview with Adam22, he said he does everything a normal person does in their free time. Pay bills, play video games, chill with friends, make music, smoke weed, and spend time with family. Just normal people's things, Lil Conscious recently announced that he will reveal his identity soon and plans on it in the year 2020.
