Life at Tech as Described by Grand Theft Auto V

For the past year, one of my more effective stress relievers has been playing Grand Theft Auto V. It's violent and inappropriate, but with the right mindset (i.e. a stable one), the game can really make all the Georgia Tech stress and worries melt away.

Recently, my boyfriend showed me a subreddit of GTA gifs. The first thing I thought as I was browsing through the gifs of crazy explosions, ridiculous stunts, and outrageous, deadly falls?

These describe life at Tech perfectly.

1. How you feel most days.


2. When you study with a friend...and then you both fail.


3. Group projects.


4. Trying to walk through Skiles Walkway on a Thursday without someone giving you a flyer.


5. When squad gets a little too turnt on Wet Friday.

5. How it feels to take a Physics exam...


(Bonus points if you can calculate his final velocity upon hitting the ground.)

6. ...And an Orgo exam...

7. ...And literally any math exam.


8. Finals week.


9. What it feels like to get an A.

10. Graduating.
