Life seems to be a never-ending cycle of ups, downs, and swirls. It’s a roller coaster ride that we enjoy at times, but sometimes find ourselves wanting to get off of. It may be tempting to lie yourself out of a sticky situation but by always telling the truth you are saving yourself so much agony and guilt. Be an honest and trustworthy person, always!

Go to work.
Working for what you want, need, and deserve is so rewarding. Stealing and lying your way through life is no way to live. The achievement of making your first big purchase as an adult is so rewarding!

I can’t help but to think of my great-grandparents when I hear this song. My great-grandparents have taught me so many lessons in life, similar to most of the lessons listed above. They both have set an example of what true love is. Living a humble life, keeping your faith, and loving like crazy, is just the groundwork to a happy life. The rest will fall into place.
