Our favorite Litchfield inmates are back for season four, and if you're a fangirl like me you've probably holed yourself up in your room for two days watching every episode. We seen these ladies through a lot the past four seasons, and I think they've taught us quite a few valuable lessons.

1. Love the little things

2. Do not piss off the person handling your food

3. Experiment with your look

4. Dance like no one is watching

5. Yes, you can have seconds. You’ve been good.

6. It’s okay to ask for help

7. Don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself

8. Embrace the outdoors

9. Holding a grudge won’t do you any good

10. Just because something sounds crazy, doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

11. Honestly, whatever you do, just don’t be like Piper.

Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
