Author and poet, Rupi Kaur, is an inspiring 24 year old woman from Punjab, India. She advocates for women through her poetry all across Canada. On Instagram and Tumblr, Kaur's poems have exceeded popularity beyond imaginable. Her book, "Milk and Honey," consists of poems broken down into four sections. Each chapter serves an individual purpose, whether it relates to love, heartache, abuse or healing, her powerful words embellish the beauty of life.
