If you are into The League, you know what I am talking about when I say it is pretty funny. I am obsessed with the show and it's witty humor. My favorite character by far is Jenny. She is literally me on a television show: she is blunt, honest, and kicks butt with her football knowledge. She used to run her husband's team and I felt for her. She has his boys in her hands, literally. I have only just started to get into fantasy football and I do not know why it has taken me so long to do so. With a lot of free agency behind us, I am excited to start this year's season.
I have mentioned before how much of a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan I am, and we had a crazy free agency. We have this motto right now about how we should get the players we need through the free agency so that way when it comes to the draft we can get the best player possible for what we need. I love that mentality, not only is it less stressful but I can appreciate Andy Reid and his team for making bold moves.
My reasons to love The League:
1. Jenny's facial expressions.
She has a wide range of them: from disgusted to impressed to "I want to have sex with you." I love them all.
2. The way they speak to one another.
Insults: I cannot get enough of their witty banter, they are the light of my life.
3. Ruxin's outlook on life.
If I was not afraid to hurt everyone's feelings, I bet I would sound exactly like Ruxin. You would never know it, but I am kind of a jerk.
4. Taco's inner child.
Let us be honest, I am the size of a small child so it is fun to be one. Can anyone say Tea Party?
5. Jenny and Kevin's relationship.
#RelationshipGoals Jenny has quite literally wiped her husband's backside, and for the right man, so would I. Plus, we would dominate "the League". #searchingformyKevin
6. Ruxin's "Man Time".
I need "man time". Time to sit in my knickers, watch ESPN, and not give a rat's behind about anything.
7. Jenny's attitude.
She is one of the guys, but also a lady. She is not afraid to make a bet and talk like a drunken sailor. And she is also really cute and makes out with Shiva.
Sorry for not including anything about you Pete, but we have nothing in common ... just like you and your ex-wife. If you have not watched The League yet, start breathing again. It is on Netflix.
